RANDOLPH, Ohio – October 3, 2023 – East Manufacturing, manufacturer of aluminum flatbed, drop deck, dump, round bottom and refuse trailers as well as steel dump trailers and aluminum truck bodies, is pleased to announce that Steve King has been named Director of Aftermarket Sales. King replaces Dave Miedl, who left the company to pursue another opportunity.

As the new Director of Aftermarket Sales for East, King oversees the Parts Sales Department, where he is responsible for all managerial, administrative and analytical duties. Reporting to CEO Tom Wiseman, King is responsible to grow the Aftermarket business including developing dealer stocking programs as well as additional solutions to better serve East customers.

After beginning his career with East in 1987, King rejoins East with extensive aftermarket, retail, dealer and fleet sales experience. During his 38-year career, he has held roles as district, regional, senior and national account managers as well as operations manager for companies that include Waltco Lift, Allstate Peterbilt, Heritage Truck Equipment, TruckPro and Zoresco Truck Equipment.
