Monterrey, Mexico – March 12, 2024 – Fultra^®, the trusted solutions partner for ground freight transportation in North America, is pleased to announce that Dave Kinsley has been promoted to Chief Procurement Officer (CPO) of Fultra, the parent company of East Manufacturing, Fruehauf, Amparts-Promare and Sierra Norte.

Given the importance of the supply chain, the advancement of Kinsley fulfills a critical goal of Fultra’s procurement strategy to align the overall business objectives of Fultra and all its companies, including East, Fruehauf, Amparts-Promare and Sierra Norte. As a key leader in the organization, Kinsley will handle all aspects of sourcing, procurement, and supply chain management processes and manage procurement teams across Fultra companies, including continuing to manage the East procurement team.

At the same time, his expertise in monitoring market trends and analyzing supply chains will allow not only East but its sister companies to improve sourcing and processes to gain efficiencies, to keep track of key performance indicators and to identify potential threats to safeguard against disruptions in operations – all the while being agile enough to deliver quickly.

Until his promotion, Kinsley had been Vice President of Materials at East since 2011, where he had been Director of Materials after joining East in 2006. Prior to East, Kinsley spent 24 years in various Executive Management positions in the toy industry.
